Data Acquisition

HomeMaterials Engineering

Altran engineers use computerized data acquisition to custom instrument devices in the laboratory and in the field. The computerized data acquisition system is part of a number of tools that are regularly used in the lab during failure investigations, research and development projects, and equipment development for our clients.

These highly flexible computer systems can be used in several roles. For instance, custom control systems can be designed to make adjustments during a test or to control an experiment.

The system can also acquire data at a desired rate on a large number of channels simultaneously. Also the system can be used to both control hardware and acquire data over time.

Data Acquisition Capabilities

  • Up to 128 channels on one computer
  • High data acquisition rate
  • Controllable output analog channels
