Fryer test evaluation
Custom test of an industrial pressure cooker to simulate life. The test was operated with oil at temperature and pressurized with steam. The complete control system had computerized control and relied on sensors for safety and sequencing operation. Complete mechanical assembly was design, built and tested in house.
Corrosion Evaluation
A mission critical space component was evaluated for a period of six months. The test consisted of 24 flow cells with 4 coupons each. In total the flow cells were separated into eight subsystems which were placed in a controlled environmental chamber. Acidity measurements were performed every minute using a specialized data acquisition system to monitor and adjust pH.
