Altran Solutions' Equipment Troubleshooting Team approach is designed to provide key staff augmentation personnel to assist in resolution of site system and component failures or programmatic compliance issues. The Equipment Troubleshooting Team is led by a Technical Manager who will assemble, supervise and coordinate Altran's technical experts whom are familiar with the issue.

Altran Solutions provides three specific levels of response (teams):

  • Emergency Response Team - Dedicated to providing services to prevent plant shutdown.
  • Rapid Response Team - Dedicated to provide services for conditions that place the unit into a Limited Condition of Operation (LCO).
  • Long-Term Response Team - Dedicated to provide services for follow-up actions identified by the Emergency Response Team, Rapid Response Team or assist in Root Cause Evaluations for Equipment or Human Performance reliability issues.

Emergency Response Team can be contacted through the Altran Solutions Chicago Office, and will mobilize within 24 hours to provide the appropriate team membership that will quickly address your issue.

Rapid Response Team can be contacted through any Altran Solutions Energy Services business office location, and will mobilize within 48 hours to provide the appropriate team membership to effectively address your issue.

Long-Term Response Team can be contacted through any Altran Solutions representative. This team will mobilize at the client's discretion, and provide the appropriate technical disciplines to perform the proper cause analyses, provide documentation, and suggest corrective actions.

Team Composition

Altran Solutions employs numerous technical disciplines within our organization. Team staffing will be determined by the urgency and depth of the specific issue.
