Procurement means getting a quotation on the project and preparing a package to solicit bids. We work closely with the client to develop a list of approved vendors and contractors. Once known, we prepare and issue requests for quotations on various components of the projects, analyze the quotations, and prepare a synthesis of the offering. We eventually make our recommendations known to the client. We issue contracts and purchase orders as your agent. In addition, we also receive and verify suppliers' invoices.
